Amalfii does not issue refunds for returned items only store credit of equal or lesser value.

We understand that ordering online is not always easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible. We are happy to issue your item(s) for store credit  (store credit excludes any original shipping fees). 

Store Credit Guidelines
1. Items returned within 10 business days of their original delivery date will be eligible for a store credit.

2. Amalfii does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

3. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. 

4. All items are returned to Amalfii at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

5.  A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Amalfii. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.

6. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

 7. Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.


Sale items are final sale.


Damaged item

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned. We require the damaged item to be returned, and the shipping is on us.

We have made it simple for you! No need to contact us about your return for store credit. Send your return to the address that is found on your shipping label



Address your package to Amalfii Returns and include the order number. Once we've received your return, you will receive an email letting you know that your store credit was processed.

Amalfii reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our returns & exchange policy guidelines.
